how does one eat a dragon fruit?
Last night, my roommate's friend brought over some fruit for us...one being a dragon fruit. I have always heard about these odd looking things...but have never had one. Anyone know how?

ooh there it went!! but yea i want to try thaaaaaaaaat!! i've heard about those but never seen it in person!
cut off the top and bottom, slice off the sides. should be sort of like kiwi with white flesh and black seeds.
definitely tasty. so expensive in the states..
Those are so good. Tried that in vietnam.
